Suited for anyone looking to change there ways, we will cover the following:

- Addressing your beliefs
- Emotional behaviours
- Mindfulness
- Focusing on goals
This will have 1-1 video call 2 x per week with max time 1 hour then work to be done across the following days based on the session . This is the foundation of success and will cover more if the client is already at different levels in life to ELEVATE forward
